The ways that I have grown as a parapro is, now I can create a lesson for my teacher on a new subject. They may not have time or the knowledge and I being the one taking this class can make one and show him/her how to do so they can make several and share the knowledge with other teachers. I now know various ways of teaching as well.

I think there should be more technology in schools because you could be me effective in your lesson plan. "Senteo"is a great way to see if the subject at hand is effective by seeing the scores, you would know exactly know what subject you need to work on or find the areas that certain people have trouble understanding. There would be less paper for the test and you would be recycling.

Area of improvement....I think the areas of improvement to me are really internet use and what are the things that you can do with it. More things on smart-board and the uses.

What I learned to benefit students, I learned how to make lesson plans and tailor it to fit the task at hand. Also I learned How do do quizzes to see what areas that need to be improved.
